The MR-24 roof system stands out for its ultra-tight seams. Using a 360-degree double lock, similar to that of beverage cans, this system provides uncompromising protection against leaks. Additionally, the final 180-degree seam is mechanically completed on-site, ensuring optimal waterproofing.

The same principle applies to the interior finish. We can provide enamel-coated steel, gypsum, vinyl, or specialized products, etc. All these finishes are carefully analyzed and checked to ensure they meet the owner's requirements and various government standards. 

All plans are sealed by Québec engineers and architects. Butler also offers the option to work with the 2015 or 2020 Canadian building code. The 2020 code provides new standards for designing new buildings based on updated wind, rain, snow, and seismic regulations for each city in the province of Québec. 

During discussions with our client, we will also be able to develop strategies for ventilation systems, air conditioning, sprinkler systems, and other equipment that will be installed on the roof or attached to the building's structure. The structure will be designed to support these additional live loads.
